Turn around time for all pre-orders is as follows:
- Preorders are 4-6 weeks from closing date.
- If you add RTS (ready to ship) or MTO (Made to order) items with your pre-order items, your order will not ship until all pre-order items are completed.
Returns and cancellations are not accepted on any custom orders.
All other orders are decided on a case by case basis.
